We want you to be fully satisfied with every Original Pearl piece. If you are not completely happy, we offer a flexible return policy.
Return Conditions

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt.

Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and include all accessories and certificates.

Customized or engraved items, and clearance/sale items are non-returnable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping (unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part).
